Harbour Board Office Renovations

The Harbour Board Office refurbishment was completed by Loftus Contracting on behalf of the Gladstone Ports Corporation. The project involved comprehensive design and construction phases,

including:

• Structural engineering
• Civil engineering
• Electrical and communication design
• Air conditioning installation
• Demolition, disposal, and building refurbishment.

The scope encompassed foundation work, new access ramps, internal partitions, insulation, cladding, finishes, and more. Works performed by others included plumbing, electrical, and

commissioning tasks.
